The bamboo sheet set was not sewn correctly the top seam will not lay flat. After only washing the sheet set in a new washing machine the flat sheet has a hole in it. I tried for weeks to file a claim but the system is not very user friendly finally I was able to convert my pictures to pdf so that I could download them to the site. Both claims were not covered so sheets that cost that much money are crap and the company that claims they have a high standard fell very short. I do not recommend purchasing anything directly from Tempur-Pedic they are not there for you if there is a problem.

I ordered this bamboo sheet set because I was looking for a warmer sheet for the colder season. I like the fabric and the feel of the sheet, however it has to much stretch. The top sheet is the worse, the fitted not so bad. It hangs to long for the king size bed. I would not purchase this item again.

I got this for free when I bought my new bed. I have a queen bed and so I bought queen sheets. They were so big and did not fit at all- it was so loose that I was getting tangled in them. I only gave this two stars because I gave it to my mom and she likes them. Her bed is a California king. My "queen" sheets fit her CA king perfectly.

Sleepy Blue Color On Website Doesn't Match What I Got

I like the sheets, but the Sleepy Blue color on the website does not match the actual product (it should actually be called Icy Blue to be more accurate). And the fact that I can't return the sheets makes it even more unnerving b/c I would have never chosen this color (plus, they are pretty expensive). At least update the display color on the website to accurately match what you get.

The stretchiness of the fabric ensures that the sheets will bunch up under you every time you roll over and you end up with a mass of wrinkles under you by the end of the night. Then the elastic meant to hold the corners in place broke on two corners the first time I removed the sheets to wash them-either a design flaw or flawed materials. I reached out to customer service and they first told me there was no return policy for sheets but I pointed out their website said there is for faulty materials. They then said I would need to complete a warranty form online, which says that sheets can't be covered if there are tears. There are tears because the sheets are faulty, which is the exact circumstance in which a warranty should apply! So I am equally unhappy with the sheets and Tempurpedic's customer service.

The sheets are so easy to get on and off the mattress. The bands on the corners keep them tidy and in place. The feel is luxurious and comforting. Without comparison the best sheets I have owned.

I have a king size temporpedic mattress with adjustable frame ..it's been a LONG JOURNEY finding the right sheets only temporpedic has the straps however their cotton sheets slipped and ripped the BAMBOO RAYON IS LIKE SULK COOLTO THe TOUCH and is like Jersey STRETCH when you adjust the bed the straps stay on and the king size is much larger than their cotton wish I would have known I spent over a grand I got the bed from Ashley they knew zippo about sheets wasted my money on the bed sheets I bought from them this has stsy on has straps !!! But the give and sizing is the most comparable

My first wash and had the dry it for over an hour they end up having a hole in them and I sent in a claim into it Tempurpedic and they said that it wasn't a manufacturer defect and that I couldn't get refund back. I will never purchase sheets from Tempur-pedic again. Horrible customer service.

i like the feel of the sheets. They keep me at just the right temperature at night. I don't like the fact that they take so long to dry and come out so wrinkled. Once stretched out on the bed they look fine. i like the extra elastic strap that helps keep the fitted sheet secure.

This queen size fitted sheet is too big. It had wrinkles on the entire sheet set. Even with washing and drying, the wrinkles remained. It's an eyesore every time I get in bed. I realized it wasn't returnable, the way I see it they're defective. Don't bother calling customer service. I have a Temp mattress I'm very satisfied with. However, I'll never buy one of their products again.

I was really reluctant to purchase these sheets but i took a big leap of faith and im really satisfied. The only thing i dont like about these sheets is that when you purchase the sheets and there is a deal for buy 1 and get 1 free, they dont have the option for picking another color for the 2nd sheets you are getting. I bought the sheets and then i opened up the 1st box of sheets and then i wanted to exchange the unopened box i got free for another color and i was denied. That sucks. Besides that the sheets are amazing. Make sure when you wash the sheets that no type of oil gets on the sheets. The oil stains will not come out at all. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

The sheets are soft and cool, but even though they fit snuggly when you put them on, they do not stay snug and they get loose and wrinkle up and it's hard to keep them snug against the mattress. I wish the fitted sheet was tighter; it gets too loose especially in the middle of the bed (under your butt basically). The pillow cases are fine and the top sheet (which we don't really use) is fine too

Poor warranty service and very thin

The sheets started getting holes after first regular wash. Submitted photos and the warranty system is awful and only allows one photo, per photo requested. I have never had holes in my sheets in 35 years and these were super thin and not durable. I will not recommend purchasing the sheets and would if you are not planning to use the bed often for moving up and down, buy better sheets with a company that stands by their warranties. I should have known better after reading their return policy.

We ordered the king size sheet set to replace the ones we bought at the time of our mattress purchase. When the sheets arrived we immediately realized that these were not the same sheets. We contacted customer service to send the unopened sheet sets back (2 sets) at over $300. We were told no returns are allowed. So I was forced to keep sheets that we will not use and purchased the correct sheets "Dream Fit" which no longer is affiliated with TemperPedic. After this we did open one pack of the sheets and found they do not fit the mattress at all. If I had an old school pillow top mattress maybe but with the slim line of the Tempur-Pedic it is huge.

These sheets are almost like a jersey knit in the way they stretch. They fit well and the corners stay put very well. They are very soft and not too heavy. My only complaint is they gather in the middle (and sides ride up) if you toss or turn much.
