A family business for Seventy-Five Years
Founded by John Amzi Ikard in the early 1940’s. Ikards started as a propane and appliance store. Later in 1956, John Milton Ikard added furniture to the family’s appliance store on Main Street. In 1966 John built the present Ikard’s Furniture at Lohman and Main. The new store featured furniture displayed on two levels. Ikards Furniture has always been owned and operated by the Ikard family, with current ownership and responsibility passing on to Chris and Justin since 2001. Today, Ikards remains one of the most recognizable and successful privately-held, home-furnishings retailers in the western United States.

A. Our home furniture associates and designers make house calls. These visits can be set-up at our store and are of no-obligation or charge to you.
Q. Does Ikards offer delivery?
A. We offer complete delivery and set-up in home. Our delivery area covers Southern New Mexico and El Paso. Ikards will remove your old mattress and furniture.
Q. What styles of furniture does Ikards carry?
A. When you visit Ikards, you’ll find a wonderful selection of furniture lifestyles, you’ll find everything from Southwestern to contemporary, and more.
Q. Does Ikards Furniture offer financing?
A. Twelve-month interest-free financing for your furniture purchase is available through Synchrony Financial, subject to credit approval. We also accept all major credit cards.
Q. How long can I expect to wait for a custom order?
A. Most custom orders are ready for delivery within 6 to 8 weeks, although some can take as little as 4 weeks and a few can take a bit longer. We make every effort to make this process as quick as possible.
